Warranty Policy

Coverage of Warranty

The warranty applies solely to the specific part(s) replaced or services rendered by Mending. fixed devices are eligible for a 30-day fix workmanship warranty and up to a 6-month warranty on replaced parts, depending on the part's type and condition. Warranty claims must be for the same fault initially fixed. The warranty does not extend to new or unrelated issues.

Conditions for Warranty Validity

•   Warranty is void if the device has been tampered with, opened, or serviced by any third party after our fix.
•   fixs of water-damaged devices do not carry any warranty.
•   For devices with existing physical or hardware damage, the warranty only applies to the fixed part and not the overall device condition.
•   Warranty does not cover damage caused by negligence, misuse, or external factors after delivery.
•   fixed devices left unclaimed for over 15 days post-fix will no longer be the company's responsibility.

Customer Responsibility During fixs

•   Customers must back up all important data before handing over their devices to avoid data loss during the fix process.
•   Upon receiving the device post-fix, customers must inspect and confirm satisfaction with the replaced part(s). No refunds will be provided for dissatisfaction after this point.
•   Devices with fragile components or intermittent faults may experience additional issues during the fix process. While Mending takes utmost care, customers will be informed of any additional problems identified.

Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not cover the following scenarios:

•   Physical or water damage post-fix.
•   Subsequent mishandling or damage, such as frame bending or cracking.
•   Software issues unrelated to the original fix.
•   Excessive charging, overnight charging, or use of incompatible charging accessories for batteries.
•   Damage caused by self-fix attempts or tampering with internal hardware.
•   Issues arising from the inherent defects of certain phone models.

Claiming Warranty

•   Customers must submit a short video of the issue, along with their phone number, customer ID, or IMEI number, to the company’s designated WhatsApp number.
•   Warranty claims will be processed within 48-72 hours. Additional time may be required for complex cases.
•   Customers may be required to visit the service center if requested.
•   Warranty is valid only in serviceable areas and is non-transferable.

Additional Terms

•   Visit charges of INR 350 apply during the warranty period as per company policy.
•   If the device requires additional parts or services not covered under warranty, standard charges will apply.
•   The company reserves the right to deny warranty claims at its discretion if conditions are not met.
